[updated] CSX: Microsoft CRM Offering - Content Feedback from UK

Hi Team,

Based on discussion with Jo Elliott, Jen Gough, Sam Parker from UK, Microsoft CRM Offering content should be updated to reflect project needs. Currently it contains some gaps and missing content that we also would like to empower with additional assets from UK Team side.

Way how analysis was conducted:

1. We have created few scope based on real SoW and identified some gaps in the content [some contact deliverable were missing in PDM content structure proposed for Microsoft CRM offering].

2. To cover those gaps we propose few actions:

   1. Create additional L5-L6 [information provided]

   2. Copy some content from Salesforce CRM offering [as CRM implementation has similar elements in the project delivery approach]

3. Some elements are not fully relevant for Microsoft CRM delivery process, we propose to simplify and remove some elements.

4. Also, we have identified that some content elements were referring to Microsoft F&O [ERP offering] instead of CRM.

As we communicated previously, we will continue working on asset analysis for CRM, and after we are targeting to repeat similar exercise for Microsoft ERP [we will raise separate tickets for it].
