Managinig an ongoing processes / deliverables in Jira

When we activate Concourse scope, as a result we get a list of deliverables in Jira. Most of the deliverables are one - time events, e.g. Perform Kickoff Meeting.

However, the issue was raised by one of the project stakeholders in Japan. The issue is, that some of the deliverables are not one-time, but rather an ongoing, or repeatable tasks that have to be done either multiple times, have to be performed constantly, or require multiple steps / meetings to be done (e.g. Run governance cadence and decision forums or Update benefit tracker with latest indicators).

The idea is to somehow reflect the need to manage continuous tasks in Jira, as current setup does not reflect this need.
