Scope Additions - Consider making the addition title optional or more contextual for true inline additions

When I add a small or closely related item, I may not always think of it as a separate body of work that needs its own title. In those cases, requiring a new title can feel unnecessary and make the change seem bigger or more separate than it really is. A more flexible or contextual naming approach would better support lightweight inline additions.
