"Availability" Tooltip/Icon for "Community" "What can we help you find today"

Fran (francis.r.grabowski.jr@pwc.com) is leading a effort to revamp the way we book resources and note availability. We are going to move off of "TalentLink" into another app called "Certinia".

With a dataset of staff and their availability via a API to Certinia, we could layer in a UI element as a icon, tooltip, or "Available?" filter in the "Community" search. Benefit is that the resource is more likely to help if they are available.
