The task can be completed even though a dependency with status Not Started is added on the task. We should not be allowed to change the status to complete until the dependency is completed.

There is no restriction on whom can edit the already closed RAID items

We can create an event for a date in the past and assign it to a user which is inactivated

The owner and reviewer should not be the same person

There is no status for the reviewer to select when the review is completed as well

When an account is deleted, already assigned tasks to this person stay assigned to this person. There is also no indication that this person is no longer on the project

In the RAID log you can select a due day before the current day, this can maybe become confusing
